Sandman Signature Surrey-Guildford Suites

The Standard Suite was really nice with its spacious layout. A full kitchenette facilitated meal prep, although I encountered limited cooking amenities, just one pot and one pan. The living area felt cozy, and I loved the city view from the window. It made relaxation easy after a long day. Cleanliness was on point. I found the bed to be pretty worn out, which impacted my sleep quality. I sometimes waited too long during peak times. Despite these hiccups, the staff showed genuine concern, particularly Mary, who helped me with my inquiries. A few improvements regarding room maintenance would enhance the stay significantly.

- Location is close to Highway 1 to take you straight into downtown Vancouver - walking steps from Guildford town center and other facilities in the area - Bus stop is also few steps from the hotel and you can take line 501 and 320 to go straight to Surrey Central Station where you can take the Skytrain to either Vancouver downtown, YVR Airport, and other areas. - Moxies Restaurant/Bar is a nice place to be there. i found most of the staff to be friendly and cheerful

- there is no Breakfast offering, although coffee, muffins, orange and apple are served complimentary. - no coffee flow during the day

Fabulous experience there. Units with a queen pull out sofa. Kind and great staff and attention to detail.

The spacious suite featured a cozy gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was especially convenient for our group during our stay.

Fabulous hip new property with fantastically friendly and affable staff especially the manager. Location just next door to many eateries, large shopping mall, busses with train link, and many eateries close by and highway. Also, in the Vancouver area. Outstanding food at the attached restaurant.

Restaurant food choices were limited. But the spacious suites and excellent location are nice!

The room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities we required. Wi Fi was great.

The only minus was that the restaurant was closed for renovation.

The duvet cover is way to hot. Should be cotton.

All good, meets expectations. Spacious suites feature a full kitchen and inviting fireplace.

The room next door was unusually noisy. Consistent knocking, tapping, etc. I can only guess that some work was being done.

The restaurant was very good, great atmosphere and good food.

The housekeeper was not very hygenic...she used a cloth to wash the bathroom and then used the same cloth to wash cups in the kitchen.

They were kind and attentive to our needs, even offering complimentary snacks when we arrived. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver for our family meals.

My wife says that the air conditioning could have worked better in one of our two rooms.

No breakfast facilities. However, they do have an arrangement with White Spot for a discount.

It was just a smart choice for one night in Surrey with good price-quality ratio. The staff were very accommodating and quickly fixed my check-in issue. Parking is easy, so you can get in and out without hassle.
